Well, that was unexpected 😅
Because of the heatwave I haven't felt like eating any hot foods, ate once a day with ice cream for dinner lol loving it 😋

216.1 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb. Still to go: 83.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.6 lb a week
