Good morning!

Wow. I had to double check my weight this morning.

I am down almost two full kilos!

I feel that it's been "waiting" to happen, since my low before Paris. I know I never really gained any fat back, but that fluid and all those other factors were messing with me. Well, seems like I am getting closer.

Obviously, some of it is dehydration. When I reach huge new lows like this, some will ALWAYS be dehydration. That's all part of the game.

Still, it's a new low reached, and it's worth celebrating.

Now, what is even more worth mentioning is the fact that I am now in the 77 kilo range!

This means that I am now 900 grams away from my FINAL FINAL FINAL goal weight. Wow.

Now, let's please not have water and all those other things mess with me too much.

...

So, where does this weight take me?

Well, I have adjusted my maintenance level to 77.9 kilos. This allows me to eat 2700 calories at maintenance level.

Knowing my plans for today, there is no chance I will reach that.

I am working at the gym today, from 8 AM to 3 PM. After that, we're going straight to my brother's house. There is a huge market right next door, and one of Wife's and my favorite Danish singers is performing there. His name is Tim Christensen, and you really ought to check him out:

...

We're staying at my brother's house tonight, and then tomorrow we're off to a small town outside Copenhagen to visit good friends for a house warming and name giving BBQ. It's gonna be a great day. I hope the weather is good both today and tomorrow.

I'm not sure about that though. Forecast is not optimal. We'll see.

...

Of course, I can't get to weigh in on my own scale. I won't get to adjust my weight, and thus won't get to adjust my RDI. That's ok.

Like I mentioned, I don't expect to get anywhere near the 2700 calories today, as I will be working most of the day, and I have breakfast and lunch prepped at a total of less than 500 calories. Hell, I could probably make today a Low Cal Day if I wanted to. I won't though, I know I need more energy than what a Low Cal Day will give me. And since I traditionally do Low Cals on Sundays, that will be skipped too. Next one will be on Tuesday, unless I am motivated for it Monday.

...

So, in a couple of hours I am off to work in the gym. I need to put more flyers to promote my class, though I am almost fully booked. I have two new clients starting Monday, which give me one class of 9, and one of 6. I generally won't like more than 9, but could squeeze in 10 if I needed to. I will soon have to make a decision whether I want to work another day, or do a waiting list. What a problem to have, huh? :D

...

Today, I'm thankful for:
- A whopping new low! NICE!
- The outlook to a FUN weekend!
- Live music tonight!
- BBQ tomorrow!
- Life!
- Wife!

Have an awesome weekend! Life is good!

With all your workouts and weight loss I am sure the only reason you need a T-shirt is to keep from intimidating others! :)

I know I can not eat 2,700 calories maintenance - ever. Unless I was running five miles a day and I can't do that with arthritis. I am below 1,500 and now I am beginning to lose.
