Well, it's a pound higher to report in, but I have worked out 5 days in a row this week, so am pleased about that! Will keep working to get it down.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
