Huge weight drop in a day, not sure why this is happening. Calories are up & down but I may be retaining water as I’ve been drinking way more than usual and foods seem to have high sodium content. Doing a lot of yard work, but then pain knocks me down for a day or so.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
