Whoosh🌊 the last few days. It's been nice! Keeping with 20k+ steps a day this past week has been great. I have lost 24% of my starting body weight now😊
167.6 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
