So the drop was expected. I worked my ass off doing landscaping all day. I have been keeping it off by means of maintenance meal prep, and I am aiming for 169lbs. again. my biggest issue is stress right now. Finding a way to cope with stress by doing 100 pushups and 200 running situps a day is going to be my new norm.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
