The day after Thanksgiving was just to much for me. "I FAILED" I fell off the wagon and the road is hard and dusty. But I will pick myself up - dust me off - check for ant serious wounds and run to catch the wagon again.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Its Holidays! How do you think you failed? If you ate more than you wanted, then just walk alittle further after dinner and the next few days. Loosing weight doesn't mean you have to starve yourself, or not enjoy the wonderful food on the holidays. You just have to be aware of how much you eat and do the extra cardio with it and you will not gain any weight.

changing your eating habits an exercising, is all part of an everyday challange...just take it one meal at a time, do the best you can...as the meals come an go, you learn to make wiser food choices, and if you mess up, forgive yourslf and try an do your best at the next meal...takes time to create a habit an thats what your tryin to do right now, your tryin to change your old habits of eating whatever, into making wiser food choices to get into a healthier lifestyle...you can do this...one meal at a time!!!!
