After a few weeks of poor dietry habits and not able to exercise, as expected my weight is starting to creep up.
So to try and take control of this I'm going back to recording my daily intake.
193.1 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 May 2013:
1544 kcal Fat: 49.50g | Prot: 47.15g | Carb: 240.22g.   Breakfast: Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk), Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch: Strawberries, Salami, Pickled Beets, Tomatoes, White Rice. Dinner: Ciabatta, Sweet Cherries, Strawberries, Au Bon Pain Brown Rice and Hazelnut Waldorf Salad, Fish Stick Patty or Fillet. Snacks/Other: Bananas. more...
