I hate my scale. It told me I was 139.4 first, and then jumped up. I recorded and only went over calories on one day. ugh

I hurt my foot somehow so I haven't been able to run either. Just not having a good week.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
