I think 🤔 my weight is like KB Swings.....never knowing what level they are on!!


Nice HIIT Routine this morning & earlier than usual 6:00AM!!


Finished with some Pop Squats, DB SA GOH & 100m runs....5x

Nice 500+ Cals
169.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
