tanya dong 😢 dua Minggu ini (selama puasa) udh olahraga sehari minimal 30 menit. otot kerasa semua. makan juga kalorinya gak melebihi kalori harian... BB tetap, bentuk badan pas before after juga tetap... whyyyyy
