My first gain after 6 consecutive months of shedding weight. I even know what caused it, now to get back in the swing of things. These things are evil in my quest, fatty cheese, breads, and worst of all, SUGAR. One taste and the cravings returned. I may never go back to refined sugar, that is, if I can get beyond this craving for it now.
