Mom of Isabella's Journal, 30 April 2020

Spent time grieving with family over loss of loved one. Took a diet break to eat and drink along with the grieving parents who lost their 26 year old daughter. PS- not coronavirus related. A difficult time to lose someone regardless of cause. Our pandemic made it a challenge. Used Skype and FaceTime during the few days following her death 4/1.
When we received our urn from the parents, we spent a couple days together to grieve, spend time together and laugh and smile.
Anyway. Back on track now.
April was tough.
May should be better.
Keep looking forward and try to enjoy the moments as they come.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
