Hello to our FatSecret members 👋! I hope ALL of you are doing well under these challenging times. I had a nice poached egg 🥚 breakfast today, that I posted. The weather has been so gorgeous, but feel we owe it to our essential workers, Covid medical community, and ALL those nursing home essential workers, who are going way beyond the call of duty.
