When you hit your breaking point you are so ready to change your lifestyle and you start realizing why you grabbed the extra bag of chips or pint of ice cream. I am excited because I at the point where I stop myself from over eatting. I care about my heath and my fitness level. I can do the treadmil for an hour and weights for 30 minutes. I am not near my goal weight but I getting there. I am sorry I haven't been on that much but I just want to push myself to change.
