Ugh! Still up & down. I know I am snacking after 6 pm now, which I was not doing before. Doesnt take much change to gain weight, but takes a lot to lose it.

Forgot to "attend" the virtual Weight Watchers meeting Saturday a.m. That is important, so will set an alarm on iPhone for this week.
119.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
