Monday was very hard work. I really didn't feel like gym, but I persevered and did it anyway.
Tuesday was much better. The walk made me feel much better and ready for the day.
Wednesday, today was good too. I love this workout but I didn't seem to be able to lift as much as I normally do. The weights felt heavier today somehow.

Ciao for now.
170.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
