Okay, so it's time to face the facts. I've been doing very poorly with my diet lately, and you can't even tell because I haven't been recording it. I do perfectly fine during the day, and then it comes to be nighttime, and I JUST WANT TO EAT. Everything. Last night, I wasn't even that hungry, and we ordered pizza for the 3rd time this week...Maybe if I put this in writing for everyone to see, someone will get on my case about this. My boyfriend tries to tell me I shouldn't eat anymore, but I think he feels bad after awhile, and I convince him with my pleads that it's okay to eat more...and he gets hungry anyways (I mean, he's a guy you know). So then I just eat whatever he eats. I need to go clothes shopping in two weeks, I CANNOT be where I am now. I NEED to be at 130 lbs, because my final goal is 125 lbs, and if I buy clothes when I'm weighing almost 135, they certainly aren't going to fit me 10 pounds less. Please help! ):

Maybe don't eat pizza for a week and see where you end up? Do you feel really hungry by the end of the night? It's possible that you're not eating enough during the day, so when night time rolls in, you're starved and body want quick calories. Eat decently during the day, you're so close, don't worry about the occasional pizza. You could postpone clothes for an extra week maybe?

I don't think it's the pizza, because we've gotten donuts and cookies some nights as well. I think I'm just at a point where I'm so frustrated with no being able to eat the way that I did before. I just LOVE eating! (haha, don't we all!) I'm not even that hungry, or hungry at all. Especially, last night, my stomach was kind of hurting from eating the pizza because I was already full from dinner. I wish I could postpone, but I'm going with my mom before I move for the summer. ):

Make sure that you are logging in all your food. Evenings are my hard time with eating too! What has helped me is to save some of my calories for evening snacking/eating. I also make sure that these are healthy snacks. I made a list of all the healthy foods that I really like and make sure to have them on hand at all times. Drinking lots of water also helps. Another suggestion is to ask your boyfriend for support with your eating plan and eat healthy with you over the next 2 weeks! Good luck!

Ah, I see. The time crunch sounds pretty stressful, but don't worry. If you're binging when your'e not hungry it might help to think about why you have such a fierce desire to keep eating. Sometimes we eat to comfort ourselves, if there is an underlying problem you may find that addressing it will help with the symptom of overeating junk food at night. Good luck.

I definitely need to start logging all of my food! And leaving some calories for the end of the day sounds like a really good idea. I'll need to start doing that. As far as why I like binge eating, I have no idea, I just love eating! haha I wish I was a person with a really fast metabolism so I could eat 24/7 ;p

Im embarrassed logging mine in..I know how u feel.all I want to do Is eat. Just gotta keep working on it. You been doing great and so close to your goal. Don't give up now! Keep going girl!!
