Losing my weight more than i expected.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 April 2020:
1441 kcal Fat: 34.26g | Prot: 69.56g | Carb: 224.43g.   Breakfast: EAS 100% Whey Protein Powder - Strawberry, Fresh Lemon Juice, Cheese, Apples, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots. Lunch: Chocolate Chips,  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Added in Cooking),  Chili,  Potatoes (Flesh Without Skin, with Salt, Boiled) ,  Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled) ,  Steamed Rice. Dinner:  Brown Bread,  Cheese,  Onions , Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices),  Cucumber (with Peel) ,  Black Tea,  Curd. Snacks/Other: Califia Farms Mocha Cold Brew Coffee with Almond Milk, Indianlife Papadums, Garden Cuts Green Leaf Lettuce,  Spaghetti. more...
