This is going extremely slowly - I'm going to cut out some of my carbs and follow a work out plan a bit more closely...we'll see how that goes.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

WOW, 5 lbs loss. You go girl. I also like protein shakes. Usually for afternoon snack. I curbs my appetite for dinner. I usually make two at a time and save the second one for next day. I get an unflavored, unsweetened protein powder so that I have more flexibility. Can even add it to soups. Kris
