This is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try adding at least 2 bowls of soup a day to your diet. I find gardennay are the best and really well priced. The soup makes me feel full and satisfied (I add a tbsp of cheese on top) Good luck :) and remember to drink tons of water nothing else!
