No weight changes,,,,,Yeah!! Still eating healthy & finished yesterday at 50, 35, 15% per Carb, PRTN & Fat.


Back to the Grind “live streaming” Gym:

• Jump Squats 6x
• Lateral Jumps 10/leg (20 total)
• Mountain Climbers 12/leg (24 total)
• Jumping Jacks 14x
• Final Round & increased all by 2x

Overall, nice burn
167.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
