I'm not sure the slight gain is entirely accurate, as yesterday's dinner (bootleg nachos) had quite a bit of sodium. Also woke up with a mild headache indicative of dehydration, so its possible this is water weight. Something to keep an eye on.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
