I am proud to say I actually stuck in the point range yesterday (which I always struggle with when I count points) and I had a great workout too. My weight bounced from 143.6 yesterday to 141.6 today. Of course some of this is a simple fluctuation, but I am encouraged nonetheless!
I had a morning Bible study where there are always treats but feel good about that. I had one slice of a pumpkin roll (delicious) and a half a brownie. I then had Progresso Light Sante Fe Chicken soup for lunch which was excellent. I will add up where I am with the pumpkin roll, but the lunch was only 2 points so hopelly not too bad.
I plan to go swimming this evening before dinner.
