A little hungry 😋 yesterday, so gained some weight!!

I need to remember that high end Calorie items or Ride my Bike before bedtime...haha.

Time to attend the “ Senior” hours at Walmart!!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
