I DID IT!!!! :D I reached my goal of weighing 170 or less by October 31st! YAY!!!!!















Oi, today was a really high calorie day. I had cashew crunch mix, and pumpkin seeds. They were so good! then I ate dinner, then had a turkey, cheese and lettece roll up,
then had PB&J with milk.
I pigged out tonight! But thats okay. It was sooooo good. and I didnt make myself sick. I knew when to stop.
Tomorrow I am going to get up, eat and get on the tredmil.
I am going to do my full work out. And I'm looking forward to it after a great day off.

169.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week

That is absolutely fantastic!! I love to hear that... reached your goal, because I know how sometimes those goals seem unsurmountable... great job. I am attempting to reach the same sort of goal, not by halloween of course! Hearing other people say they did it gives me confidence that I will also. Congratulations!

Congrats on meeting the goal! When do you want to be by your final goal by? I see we're right in the same spot- I have 7 to go, you have 11. I'd like to lose mine by Thanksgiving.
