With clothes on in the afternoon at Lindora I weighed 140.6 so I think I am on track. Tomorrow AM I'll see if the 138 weight holds.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, I was 157 pounds on January 21, so it's been challenging keeping up the progress. At 140-ish - I am half way to my goal. Thanks for the feedback!
