Trying to implement and celebrate the good habits, and trying to not get hung up over the backslides/missteps. Been sleeping better and my moods have been better, and I know its due to better eating and more physical activity. Its just a matter of keeping up.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
