pagi ini cek bodyfat,alhamdulillah turun lagi. Masa otot naik sedikit..muehehe. Semakin semangat reasearch pola makan, pola olahraga dan pola istirahat. Karena setiap tubuh memiliki metabolisme dan kondisi fisiologis masing". Semoga dalam 1minggu kedepan sudah lepas dari angka 100 yg nggak banget ini..😂😂😅😅. Semangat semuanya..!!!
