Happy 😃 Thursday, to ALL of our health seekers. Had a late night concert at Staples Center, last night. Was part of the Kiss Army, which dedicated their concert to victims of the Kobe Bryant disaster. Opening with David Lee Roth Band. Lots of fun, and my knee did pretty well. Need to have a real serious week, sometime, and break this 270 lb. level. Hope everyone his happy with your dieting, and have a great 👍 remainder of this week. Bye 👋 bye!
