Small gain, but what I expected after a nice scoop of Peanut Butter & 1/3 cup of Mixed Nuts 🥜. Probably need to limit these items to once or twice a week!!


Day “3” with my Burpees Goal, 12x with push-ups....need to work on my lung capacity!!
