I briefly reached the 170 Plateau & decided to workout hard yesterday & limit the Calories. Sure enough back down in the 160’s.

I am sure the 7 cups of coffee ☕️ had a small effect on the weight gain....haha 😂

Time to get back into the commitment side!!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
