I think I finally dropped the water I'd been retaining from all the dairy. I think the Sudafed helped last night too. Hate to take them because I don't want to get dependant on them to sleep. I don't expect to stay at 127 for awhile, but it's my new mini goal to keep it at or below this point. I'm thrilled. And I ran yesterday for the first time in over a year. 2 miles. The only time I've been able to run without it being a complete struggle was 25 years ago in the military. 38 years of smoking made it almost impossible for me to run a mile. Then suddenly yesterday I ran 2 miles without really even getting tired. I would have gone further but I had a friend waiting for me and she was getting impatient. I am so excited about being able to run again. I think it's a combination of yoga and it being almost 4 years since I smoked. But now I'm training for a sprint triath. I'd planned to walk/run the running portion of it but I'm pretty sure I could have done the full 5k yesterday if I'd have pushed myself and had time. What a glorious day. Running and 127! wow.
