Busy week and it’s only Tuesday....I figured out the water intake, only need 80 ounces & can sleep at least 4 hours....haha!!

Still burning/drinking 5 cups of coffee ☕️, not sure if I can reduce those appetite restraints!!

• actually improved after each set!!

167.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
