The flu is stopping me from working out and I went overboard last night with the cake, ate some chocolate wafers and dates aswell, gonna stay away from these things from now on and only have it as a treat, I would normally get upset on my weight gain but this time I accept it and learn from my mistakes 😊 I have come this far and managed to maintain it for a year or else all of the weight would have creeped back on if I wasn't careful enough, I completely forgot about the low calorie bars I use to have like Alpen, when illness makes you require bedrest, the amount of lemsips i've taken, it's all making me lazy, my addiction to gaming on PS4 can be intense, need to find the right balance for all these things.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Thanks :) and I know eating at night is bad but yeah when my period starts on the 25th I'm gonna fight back 🎉

😂 shall keep head down next week yeah? Sorry you have the flu. I had it couple of weeks ago and really drained me and I comfort ate. Nothing wrong with it as you need to feel better

Yeah wiggy and it's the second time i've caught it in 2 months as back in December it was the worst, some people don't sneeze or cough into a tissue or cover their mouths when in public 😡

Yes always a problem that. I’m sure you will bounce back soon. I had a load of flu tabs and lemsips to get me through. Still have a cupboard full!

Sorry to here you are not well the flu can really drag you down. don't feel bad about a few treats and a small gain in weight, you will get right back to it when you are well again. we are all here on FS to support one another. stay focused, good luck
