well.. that's strange.. i actually did lose weight.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1038 kcal Fat: 36.10g | Prot: 66.06g | Carb: 116.63g.   Breakfast: Bajra Methi Debhra, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Alberts Hot Sauce, Taco Bueno Pico de Gallo, Culinary Circle Shredded Three Cheese Blend, Lettuce, Curly's Sauceless Roasted Pulled Chicken, Lettuce, Guacamole. Dinner: Shrimp Stir Fry, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Nestle Rich Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Starbucks Veranda Blend Blonde, Quaker Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Peeps Marshmallow Bunnies. more...

Oh man, Sally! Trust me.. i was ecstatic! when i got to 199.8 i was like WHAAAAT?! woot woot! and that was great. Still have a long way to go.. but yes.. if I can do it.. I KNOW you can.
