Traveling 🧳 today...stay away from excessive amounts of snacks.

Brief WO prior to the Flight ✈️....burned nearly 600 calories, so paid off to set the Alarm 60 minutes earlier!

A few RDLs, MB Slams, Cable pulls, DB Curls & KB Swings.....of course, had to hit the push-ups in between the Rests!!

Time to Fly!!
168.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
