Finding it difficult to keep on track all the time. All goes well for a few days, then I eat something I wish I hadnt. Mostly eating healthy. Only processed food is the choc/veg gf muffins from costco (frozen) I have at night with about 1/2 cup soy yogurt, plain, with Stevia & fruit. I did actually see 115 earlier this week, but disappeared the next day.
