Just gaining the Baby weight the doctor says. I'm still staying active and I'm going to make sure the only weight I gain is all Baby and water weight. still walking every morning. 10,000 steps before 10AM. that's my goal. then the rest of the day is gravy!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 172.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
