I wasn't expecting much of a loss this week, so one pound is fantastic! This coming week will be interesting, i am going out of town for most of it. i plan on sticking with it, but food choices aren't easy when it's not me preparing the meal. hey! I'm excited, no picky kids to contend with for the next 5 days!!!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
