I'm still trying to find my balance after doing Whole 30. I've had to re-establish my relationship with non-Whole 30 foods like carbs, sugar, and cheese. And it's been quite a rollercoaster. I'm thankful for the lessons of this elimination plan, because I learned so much about my body's responses, but I don't want to live enslaved to the idea that there are "good" foods and "bad" foods. Ironically, that what makes this plan NOT capable of providing me with "total health and food freedom," which is its tag line. I find it very restrictive and unsustainable.

Again, I still value in it but it's just something that I would like to do long-term. All power to those of you who can live a Whole30 life, or a Paleo life. That stuff is amazing, and maybe one day my body will want to eat like that. Now is just not my time for that type of super-duper clean diet, or a diet at all. Lol. I'm focusing on health and happiness right now, allowing intermittent fasting and appetite correction to naturally shift my choice of foods. It may sound crazy, but it's really working for me.

Weight 144.5 lbs
Body Fat 35%

This month:
February 2020
Weight 144.5 lbs
Body Fat 35%

No significant change this month. No news is sometime good news, so I'll take it. :)
