It must have been the gym, spin and weights,Sauna might have helped. I did discover a great tasting Keto bread at Aldi, 50 calories a slice with 9 carbs and 9 fiber which works out to 00000 CARBS... I have never seen it before as I seldom go there, anyway had a peanut butter sandwich, with no sugar added peanut butter..And Im DO N OK !!!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 209.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
