Gained .6 lbs. Even though, I followed my diet. The only thing different was.. it was more soup than normal.. and well.. I think my PMS has onset. HOpefully it's just water retention..

Not too worried.. going to have no salt today. That will do it.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 87.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
