Nearly a wash CICO for day 2 (Had to eat ALL that salmon 621 cal and wine 366 cal) REALLY enjoyed though. Just gotta keep moving.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
