Mom of Isabella's Journal, 10 January 2020

I was so annoyed to have run out of half n half yesterday and had to use 2% milk in my coffee. A friend of mine tried to explain to me why she prefers 1/2 n 1/2 b/c of the impact. I didn't get until finally I did. Now I'm annoyed if I have to go without it. I only need a tablespoon of 1/2 n 1/2 to get the balance I want. It takes 1/4 2% milk to get the balance I want (and it's still not as good as the 1/2 n 1/2). Anyway, so GLAD to have 1/2 n 1/2 today!
It's these little things that make me realize how much I have to be happy and grateful for.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
