Prepped my lunch. Greens, steamed shrimp with garlic and homemade guac. Yummm

Read your profile. Totally relate to being happy to lose weight n dance. I love to dance too. Not sure your dance style history. Mine’s a freestyle. I used to belly dance 20 years ago. I find it’s great for stretching my hips and strengthening my core. Love lose hip circles the day after a walk day. Plus it’s so compatible to dancing my infant to sleep or just having fun with her. She loves it and that makes it more fun for me. Anyway, I actually meant to just wish you success. I ended up talking about me, but it reminds me of happy times dancing so thank you for sharing.
