But now getting back on track. I totally blew everything out the window over the holidays, sugar galore and feeling awful again. Instead of intermittent fasting this time, I am going with 3 meals, concentrating on protein, fruits, and veggies.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
