this was over the whole month havent actually gained over xmas and new year some how. back on and determined xx
193.1 lb Lost so far: 29.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1741 kcal Fat: 49.40g | Prot: 104.93g | Carb: 210.32g.   Breakfast: Tesco Light Choices Salad Cream, Sainsbury's Wholemeal Pitta, Tesco Medium Eggs. Lunch: Asda Tuna Layered Pasta Salad. Dinner: Tesco Mushy Peas, Tesco Chicken Breast Fillets (130g), Aldi Gravy Granules, Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Asda Diced Carrot and Swede. Snacks/Other: Sponge Cake with Icing, Strawberries , Gala Apples, Tesco Everyday Value Low Fat Fruit Yoghurt, Cravendale Semi Skimmed Milk. more...

Perhaps you are instinctfully eating less now, even when over indulging. You have re-trained your appetite which is great news for the long term diet goals!

Thanks i was wondering that as well as ive adjusted portions and main thing is dofferent carbs i have cut down bread i would eat it with every meal but stops me losing weight
