guess i did worse than i expected over the last two weeks of holidays. i really dont feel like i consumed an extreme excess of calories but i guess i did. frustrating.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
