Haha 😂 Actually saw the 2020 “Ball” drop & stayed up for a couple more hours!! Of course, the body said time to get up about 4 hours later......Good Time with Friends, but was relaxing 😎 to be home last night!!

Nice warmup with the Tribe this morning. Concentrating on “Form” vs. speed. Though we pushed ourselves and resulted with 700 Calories burned 🥵😜.
